Blue Banjo — Canvas Art by Nancy Land McCurtin

A Tribute to the Music of the Coast

Bring the warmth and rhythm of coastal music into your home with Blue Banjo, a colorful acrylic painting by artist Nancy Land McCurtin. Featuring a distinctive blue banjo hanging on a wall, delicate decorative details, and a vase of flowers resting on a small table, this artwork captures the charm and personality of a musical moment.

The Story Behind the Art

Before losing her sight, Nancy was a dedicated elementary school music teacher. Blue Banjo celebrates her lifelong love of music and was created while she still had her vision. Its expressive colors and whimsical composition reflect the rhythmic energy and soulful character of a coastal jam session.

Today, Nancy continues her artistic journey through Blind Brush & Pen, creating artwork inspired by touch, texture, memory, and imagination.
